Your files
We never receive them. All 86 tools run entirely inside your browser tab, using code delivered with the page. Whatever you open — a PDF, a photo, a spreadsheet, a bank statement — and whatever the tool produces exist only on your device. You can verify this yourself: open your browser's developer tools, watch the Network tab, and run a tool. No request carries your file.
Your files live in the tab's memory only and are gone when you close it. Folder tools read a folder you choose with your browser's own picker into that same memory; nothing on your disk is changed.
What we collect
No cookies and no advertising trackers. An account is optional: you can use every tool without one, and registering never changes how your files are handled. Two things do reach our hosting provider, Cloudflare: standard web-server logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp) kept for security under their retention policy, and Cloudflare Web Analytics, a small script that counts page views. It is cookie-free, does not fingerprint your browser, does not follow you across other sites, and reports only aggregated figures to us (pages viewed, referring site, country, browser type, page speed). It never sees the files you process: those stay in your browser, and no request carries their contents. You can block the script with any content blocker without affecting the tools.
If you register as a member
Registering is optional. If you do, our member registry holds three things and nothing else:
- the email address you typed, used only so we can help you back in if you lose your member key;
- the date you joined, which is what decides whether your membership is a founding one;
- a one-way hash of your member key. The key itself is never stored, so nobody here can read it, and a stolen copy of the database cannot be used to sign in as you. It also means we cannot send your key back to you if you lose it.
We do not record which tools you open, which files you process, how often you visit, or anything else about your use of the site. We do not verify the email address, send newsletters to it, or share it with anyone. To stop sign-up abuse, a registration request is counted against a salted hash of your IP address that cannot be reversed, is meaningless the next day, and is deleted after two days; the address itself is not stored.
Deleting your membership removes the email, the joined date and the key hash from our records immediately. The button is on the membership page, and no email to us is required.
How the tools load
On your first visit the page downloads its processing engine, about 19 MB of open-source code, which your browser caches afterwards. Tools that need extra components — OCR, HEIC and AVIF images, PDF page rendering — fetch those from asolution.app the first time you use them. For OCR that includes a language file of 1 to 3 MB, which is kept in your browser's local storage so it is not downloaded again; you can clear it from your browser's site-data settings at any time. The engine is built from open-source software (Pyodide, pdf.js, Tesseract, libheif, libavif and Python libraries) whose licence files ship alongside the code. One4All itself is not open source.
If you ever pay for something
Nothing is sold on this site today. If that changes, checkout will be handled by a payment provider acting as merchant of record; they would collect the billing details needed to process payment under their own privacy policy. We would receive confirmation of the purchase and a receipt email address, never your card details, and still never your files.
If you email us
We keep the correspondence to help you and delete it on request. Please never email us your actual documents — we don't need them and don't want them.
Your rights
Since we hold almost nothing about you, most requests are simple. If you are a member, you can see everything we hold and delete all of it yourself on the membership page. For anything else we might hold, such as support emails, write to [email protected] for access or deletion.
