What this service is

One4All is a set of 86 document tools — PDF, image, Office, OCR and file tools — that run inside your own browser. Your files are processed on your device and are never transmitted to us. Every tool is free to use.

It is a browser service. There is no desktop application, and One4All itself is not open source, although it is built on open-source components whose licences ship with the code.

What you can expect, and what you cannot

Everything is provided "as is". You remain responsible for reviewing any output before relying on it, for accounting, tax, legal or any other purpose.

All tools work when the page is opened directly at asolution.app in a current browser such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. Inside embedded frames or in very old browsers, the tools that need page rendering, OCR or HEIC and AVIF decoding will say so instead of running. One job runs at a time, and very large files can exhaust the browser tab's memory.

Membership and the founding window

Every tool on this site is free for everyone while the founding window is open. The window runs from 15 September 2026 to the end of 13 December 2026 (UTC). Registration is free and optional, and no payment details are taken. You do not need an account to use any tool.

If you register before the window closes, you become a founding member. We grant you, personally, free use of the tools as they function at the moment the window closes, for as long as asolution.app is operated. What that does and does not include:

• Included: every tool on the site at the close of the window, at that level of functionality.
• Not included: tools, features or capacity introduced after the window closes. Those may be free or paid, and we will say which before you use them.
• After the window: people who register later may be asked to pay to keep using the tools. Founding members are not.
• Personal: the grant is for your own use. It is not transferable and does not permit resale or redistribution.
• Honest limit: "for as long as asolution.app is operated" is exactly what it says. This is a small independent project with no service-level guarantee and no promise of perpetual operation. If the site ceases to operate, the grant ends with it. We will give notice on this site if that ever becomes likely.
• Your key is your membership. We store only a one-way hash of it and cannot recover or resend it. Keep the copy you download when you register.

You can delete your membership at any time from the membership page. Deleting it gives up the grant; if the window has closed by then, registering again will not restore founding status. We may end an individual membership only for abuse of the service, such as automated bulk sign-ups or attempts to resell access.

Payments and refunds

Nothing is sold on this site today. If paid plans are offered in future they will be processed by a payment provider acting as merchant of record, and the terms will be stated before you pay. If you ever pay for something that fails to work as described, contact us within 14 days for a full refund of that purchase.

Fair use

Don't use the service on documents you have no right to process, and don't attempt to disrupt the service. We may update the tools and these terms; material changes will be dated on this page.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
