PowerPoint to PDF
Convert PowerPoint (PPTX) and ODP presentations to PDF. It runs inside your browser: the file never leaves your device, there is no upload, no watermark, and no account is needed.
Open PowerPoint to PDF
Opens the tool in the One4All app on this site. Add your files, adjust the options, press Process, download the result.
How it works
- Open the tool and add your files (drag and drop or choose). They stay in this browser tab.
- Adjust the options below if you need to, then press Process.
- Preview the result and download it. Close the tab and everything is gone.
Accepts: OpenDocument (.odt/.ods/.odp), PowerPoint (.pptx). Produces: PDF. Category: PDF.
Options
- Use LibreOffice if installed (exact layout) — LibreOffice is detected on this computer and used locally. Without it, a built-in renderer keeps text, headings, lists, tables, inline images, page size and the first section's header and footer of Word files (not floating images, text boxes, columns or footnotes), and draws slides with their backgrounds, shapes, text styles, pictures, tables and charts (not animations, SmartArt or 3-D effects).
Limits, honestly
- Without LibreOffice the built-in renderer draws each slide at its own size with its background, shapes (fills, outlines, rotation), text (size, colour, bold/italic, alignment, bullets), pictures, tables and native charts (type, colours, data labels, axes, legend). Not reproduced: animations, SmartArt, 3-D and shadow effects, WordArt, embedded video/audio (poster frame only), the original fonts and exact line breaks; hidden slides are left out as in PowerPoint's own export. Slides are drawn at their own size with backgrounds, shapes, text styles, pictures, tables and charts; fonts are substituted and animations, SmartArt and 3-D effects are not reproduced. East-Asian text fetches one extra 4 MB font file the first time.
- First visit downloads the processing engine (about 19 MB, cached afterwards); after that no request carries your files.
- One job runs at a time, and very large files can exhaust the browser tab's memory.
- Needs a current browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari) opened directly at asolution.app.
Questions
Is my file uploaded anywhere?
No. PowerPoint to PDF runs inside the page (WebAssembly). Your file is read into the browser tab's memory and the result is written back to your device. You can check the Network tab of your browser while it runs: no request carries your file.
Is it free? Do I need an account?
Free, with no ads and no watermark. You do not need an account to use any tool. There is also a free membership: join before 13 December 2026 and the tools stay free for you afterwards, for as long as the site runs. The tools themselves are identical either way.
Does it work offline?
Partly. Once the engine is cached your browser does the work without sending anything, but the page itself still has to be opened from asolution.app, so you need a connection to load it.
What about password-protected PDFs?
Tools that read a protected PDF accept the password in Advanced options; it stays in your browser and is never stored or sent.
